A place to belong.
Know each athlete. Make room for their voice. Give everyone a meaningful way to contribute.
YOUTH DEVELOPMENT THROUGH SPORT
Develop better players. Build better teams.
Grow better people.
Every practice is a chance to help a young person feel seen, valued, and capable.
IMPACT helps coaches use sport to develop athletic ability, confidence, character, and the mindset to meet challenges. It gives everyday moments a purpose: welcoming a teammate, owning a mistake, finding courage, and learning to care for others.
Those actions matter on the court, on the field, and in the lives young people lead beyond the game.

Practice kindness, honesty, courage, responsibility, and respect through things players actually do.

The courage to try. The honesty to own a mistake.
The awareness to notice someone who needs a teammate.

LESS FRICTION. MORE INTENTION.
Bring the curriculum courtside. Build a practice, plan your rotations, and carry what you notice into the next session.

A PLACE IN THE PLAN. A PURPOSE IN THE GAME.
Who’s here? Who’s next? Who needs more time? Bring a clear rotation to the bench, then adjust it as the game unfolds.
Reuse your roster. Set attendance, late arrivals, game length, and equal, minimum, or custom minutes.
Edit lineups, split shifts, and print a bench sheet. Confirm the intervals that were played to record actual minutes.
Compare the plan with recorded time. Save one useful observation and a focus for the next session.

BASKETBALL / FOUR 6-MINUTE PERIODS
Five on court. 24 game minutes. See how your roster changes the equal-time target.
120 available player-minutes ÷ 9 players.
This example shows the target, not a generated rotation. Fixed shifts can leave small differences. The app shows shortfalls and lets you adjust the plan.
A brief cue can give a player purpose: “Call out your defensive assignment.” Development focuses support coaching and never determine playing-time allocation.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW
A practical approach for coaches who care about the player and the person.
IMPACT supports youth coaches working to develop athletic skills, confidence, character, and connection. The current curriculum includes basketball and soccer, with Foundation (6–8), Developing (9–11), Advancing (12–14), and Leading (15–18) guidance.
Choose one focus and bring it into a familiar drill. Connect and teach at the start, play and notice during activities, then reflect and transfer at the close. Keep cues brief and adapt the pace. The app lets you choose and arrange activities to fit your available time.
Ten flexible coaching focuses, the six IMPACT pillars, coach language, observable actions, sport examples, reflection questions, family connections, and access adjustments. Printable guides help you use the approach away from a screen.
Use them as starting points. Adapt to each athlete’s experience, communication, and support needs. Offer useful choices, processing time, accessible cues, and meaningful roles while keeping an appropriate skill challenge.
Choose your game format and available players, then generate and edit a rotation. The app keeps planned and recorded minutes separate: you confirm who played each interval. Split an interval at the actual substitution time when needed. This release uses coach-confirmed records, not an automatic game clock. Print a bench sheet, save games to your account, and reuse the roster next time.
Set periods, period length, players on court or field, and shift length. Choose equal, minimum, or custom playing-time targets. Check your league’s substitution and participation rules before approving the plan. The planner flags impossible targets and remaining shortfalls; it does not automatically certify compliance with league rules.
